BAADA ya maneno kibao katika uhusiano wao, hatimaye wasanii wa filamu na muziki Bongo, Hamis Ramadhan Baba ‘H. Baba‘ na Flora Mvungi, wametiza ahadi yao ya kufunga ndoa ya nguvu. 

Wawili hao walifungishwa ndoa na Shehe Maulid katika Msikiti wa Kibo, uliopo Ubungo, Dar, Jumamosi iliyopita na baada ya ndoa kufungwa sherehe ilifanyika nyumbani kwa akina Flora maeneo ya Kibo. 

“Tumefurahi sana na tunamshukuru Mungu kwa kuwa tumetimiza ndoto yetu kwani maneno yamesemwa mengi sana juu ya uhusiano wetu lakini Mungu ameendelea kutuweka pamoja mpaka tumefunga ndoa,” alisema Flora.

Baada ya watu kula na kunywa na maharusi kusaini vyeti vya ndoa, waliondoka kuelekea nyumbani kwao Mikocheni, Dar ambako kulikuwa na sherehe ya maulidi kulikokuwa na vyakula na vinywaji vya kutosha.

Akizungumza na mwandishi  wetu, H. Baba alifunguka kuwa aliamua kutokufanya sherehe ukumbini kutokana na wazee wake kukataa kwani kwa dini ya Kiislamu hairuhusiwi kufanya sherehe ukumbini ndiyo maana wakaamua kufanya maulidi tu.

STAR TV YATANGAZA KUJITOA KATIKA VING'AMUZI VYA STAR TIMES......TCRA YAGOMA NA KUDAI KUWA SHERIA HAIRUHUSU KUJITOA

BAADA ya Televisheni ya Star TV kutangaza kujitoa kurusha matangazo yao kupitia kingamuzi cha Star Times, Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA) imesema sheria na leseni ya huduma, inazuia kuchukua hatua hiyo.

Hata hivyo, TCRA imesema inafanya uchunguzi na leo itakutana na uongozi wa Star TV na Star Times, kuzungumzia suala hilo ili hatua za udhibiti, zichukuliwe kuwezesha wananchi kupata haki ya msingi ya kupata matangazo ya kitaifa kupitia televisheni hiyo.

Star TV walitangaza kutoonekana kupitia Star Times siku chache zilizopita. Uchunguzi wetu umebaini kuwa, jana waliwasilisha barua ya hatua hiyo kwa kampuni ya Star Times kupitia mwanasheria wa kampuni yao.

Meneja Mawasiliano wa TCRA, Innocent Mungy aliliambia HabariLeo  jana kuwa na wao wamesikia taarifa hiyo kupitia vyombo vya habari Lakini, alisema Sheria ya Mawasiliano ya Elektroniki na Posta (EPOCA) ya mwaka 2010, haitoi fursa kwa watu wenye televisheni kujitoa ama kujiweka kwenye ving’amuzi watakavyo.

“Kwa ujumla chaneli zile tano za kitaifa, zinapaswa kuonekana bure kwenye ving’amuzi vyote, nasi tumesikia habari hizi na lazima tufanye uchunguzi, lakini pande zote mbili pamoja na sheria, pia wanafungwa na mkataba wa huduma kwa jamii na matakwa ya leseni,” alisema Mungi na kuongeza:

 “Sheria inawataka wawe na makubaliano, huwezi kusema mimi najitoa, leseni ina matakwa yake lazima yafuatwe. Lakini kesho (leo) tutawaita kujua kilichotokea ni nini na hatua zaidi zitachukuliwa baada ya hapo”.

Aliwahakikishia wananchi ni haki yao kupata matangazo kupitia televisheni ya Star TV, hata bila kulipia ving’amuzi, kama ilivyo kwa televisheni nyingine nne za ITV, TBC, Channel 10 na EATV.

Msaidizi wa Meneja wa Star Times, Hellen Elisa alithibitisha kujitoa kwa Star TV. Alieleza ni kweli walipokea barua mbili juzi, zikieleza kuhusu hatua yao hiyo kwamba wamejitoa kwa matakwa yao.

“Walituletea barua jana (juzi) kupitia mwanasheria wao wa kampuni, wao ni wamiliki wa chaneli, na sisi tunahusika kurusha matangazo, jambo lolote kama hili likitokea lazima kwanza kutii sheria, tumewasiliana na TCRA na wakubwa wetu wa kazi wametueleza kuwa wanalishughulikia kwa karibu,” alisema Elisa.

Kwa upande wake, Msimamizi wa masuala ya Ving’amuzi wa Sahara Media Group, wamiliki wa Star TV, Steve Diallo alipoulizwa kwa simu kuhusu kujitoa kwao Star Times, alisema yeye si Msemaji na kumtaka mwandishi kuwasiliana na watu wengine.

Miezi kadhaa iliyopita, Clouds TV nayo ilijitoa, lakini ikarejea tena. Jana, Mkurugenzi wa Utafiti wa Redio Clouds FM, Ruge Mutahaba alisema sheria inawabana wamiliki wa televisheni za kijamii kujitoa  na wanapaswa kuonekana katika ving’amuzi vyote.
